Robert Helyar has held a number of executive positions over the last 40 years in Development and Real Estate holding firms. He has served a blue-chip roster of clients with Asset Management, Development and Advisory services. He developed a reputation as a hands-on executive who can oversee large portfolios with the effectiveness of an on-site manager.

Mr. Helyar has a strong set of professional credentials which include RPM (Registered Property Manager), SCV (Senior Certified Valuer), RIM (Registered International Member), CEI (Certified Environmental Inspector), CCI (Certified Construction Inspector) as well as previously being a licensed Quebec Real Estate Broker and an SIOR Associate (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors). These credentials, along with his formal education at Sir George William University (currently known as Concordia University) qualify him to lead this firm in servicing our clients.
