With my position, I maintained decision making authority within the areas of Operations, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Administrative affairs.
In my position as Director of Leasing & Development at Metro Development, I was accountable for the management and performance of residential and commercial properties while achieving superior occupancy and operating results. I participated in underwriting and due diligence reports for acquisitions and developments in targeted markets. Also, I accurately forecasted and achieved budgeted lease rates, targeted retention ratio and occupancy rates.
At Alexis Nihon Corporation, my position was that of Director of Leasing where I maximized the performance and value of a portfolio of company real estate assets that are owned and managed through strategic planning while improving net operating income through leasing, lease terminations, acquisitions and disposal of real estate assets. I evaluated leases in portfolios and implemented lease renewals and amendments to the consistent financial benefit of the corporation.
